This complete fire door kit is perfect for HMO’s, Office, Public spaces where you need a fire door that can be operated using a pull handle one side and push plate the other. This also includes a cylinder and turns with keys. A cylinder and turn are fitted with the turn on the interior of the door and the cylinder on the exterior side. Which allows you to lock the door from the inside using the turn and outside using a key. This kit is ideal for corridors, passageways or office doors that can be locked. These kits have been purpose designed for either use on timber or steel doors. All products have been tested and are in accordance with fire ratings of at least up to 60 minutes for a timber doors and steel doors.

1no - Door Closure - Briton 131 door closure, regular duty, Size 2-4, silver

1no – lever handle set - 19mm diameter levers, 53x8mm sprung rose, 4-point fixing point, grade 304 satin stainless steel, c/w screw and bolt through fixings.

3no - Hinges - Ball Bearing Hinge, Grade 13, Plain, Grade 304,102mm x 76mm 3mm, Non-Branded, Wood screws.

1no - Hinges Pads Pack - 101 x 30mm hinge pad to suit 102 x 76mm hinge, pack of 6no.

1no - Fire Exit Disc - FIRE DOOR KEEP SHUT SIGN, 76mm x 1.2mm thick, Blue & Natural, Drilled & Countersunk, bagged with 2 screws.

1no - Mini Teardrop Seal 7.5m coil- Mini silicone teardrop seal, 4.5mm thick x 10mm wide x 7.5 metre coil, self-adhesive backing.

1no – Mortice Sash lock Case, 20mm Radius Forends, 60mm back set.

1no – Lockcase Pads - Intumescent lock pack, 4-part to suit DIN standard lock case with 60mm backset.

1no – Cylinder – Single euro profile cylinder with thumb turn, 70mm cylinder, with 3 keys

1no – Pair Escutcheon - Euro escutcheon, 53 x 4mm, stainless steel inner.

Timber Fire Rate Door Kit

131-SES – Door closer tested to BS EN 1634-1:2000 2 hours on timber doors. Certifire approved No CF 5512 CE and ARCA marked to EN 1154-1996

Lever Handle set – Fire assessed for integrity use on insulated timber door sets for a duration up to 60 minutes, in accordance with BS EN 1364-1. 

Hinges – Suitable for use on Timber fire doors up to 60 minutes, tested to EN1634-1.

Hinge Pads – Use FS4004 type intumescent can be fitted to insulated timber tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-1:2000.

Fire exit sign – Fire Exit Signs can be screwed. Can be used without affecting the fire rating of a door.

Mini teardrop – Can be included on insulated timber doors without detracting from their achieved fire performance to BS 476:22:1987. Suitable for use on timber doors up to 60 minutes. Also tested to BS EN1634-1 and 1634-3 for smoke and fire testing.

Lockcase – Manufactured in accordance with DIN 18251 and CE marked. Tested to BS EN 1364-1:2000. Timber insulated doors for up to 60 minutes.

Lockcase Intumescent – Use FS4004 type intumescent can be fitted to insulated timber sets to provide up to 60 minutes integrity tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-1:2000.

Escutcheons – Assessed for integrity use on insulated timber doorsets for up to 60 minutes in accordance with BS EN 1634-1:2000.

Cylinders – Fire tested to 60 minutes, FD30/60 .
