Ellenmatic Soundproof Dropseal

Acoustic EllenMatic automatic drop seal for soundproofing doors, for fitting in a groove in the bottom edge of wooden fire doors. Energy saving drop seal as prevents draughts. Requires a mortice of only 15 x 30mm. Maximum sealing range 20mm. Designed with timber doors in mind. Internal correction mechanism to suit any slope of the floor, and operate from one end only. 

Maximum sealing range 20mm. Can be cut down to fit the door up to 150mm. Cut to the right size using a saw according to the installation instructions and secure in the groove with the stainless steel mounting plates supplied in the box (ø3.5 x 20 mm wood screws not supplied). Available in 928mm or 1028mm.

Suitable for use in timber fire doors up to 90 minutes to BS EN 1634-1. Smoke tested to BS EN 1634-3, both Sa (ambient) & Sm (200°C). Included in acoustic tests to 51dB.

Aluminium body with stainless steel mounting plates and plastic seal material. Manually operated pressure adjustment knob.
