Exceptor Door Blocking System, Floor Mounted Door Guard, Inward Opening Door

The Exceptor® door blocking system is an award winning innovative product which prevents unauthorised access to any inward opening door. The Exceptor® is a specialised system mounted in the floor on the inside of the door. If an unexpected visitor arrives, you can easily activate the release button with your foot, causing the sprung loaded heavy duty stainless steel blocking pin to immediately engage, making it impossible for the door to open fully. You can then communicate with the visitor knowing they can't force their way inside. Once you verify that it's safe, you simply push the blocking pin back to open the door.

Floor mounting, prevents damage to the door frame and door. Easily activated: the release button is easily pressed with the foot, walking stick or any other handy tool. This will cause the sprung loaded heavy duty stainless steel blocking pin to immediately engage, making it impossible for the door to open fully. To disengage you simply push the blocking pin back to open the door. 

Unlike a traditional door guard or chain, the Exceptor® can be used in every application. Can be used on UPVC frames, When the door is not aligned or too deep within the frame. Front doors as wide as the hallway; no room for a traditional door chain or guard. Narrow door frames: In cases where the door frame is to narrow, it may not be possible to securely attach a traditional door chain or guard.

Manufactured from AISI 303 stainless steel (mild steel internal spring). High aesthetics - stainless steel, brushed finish to coordinate with any interior. "Voidex" included for flush mounting. Resistant to manipulation from the outside.
