Friction Door Holder - Z110

Also known as door limiters, limit stays, or friction stays, door stays do precisely what they say on the tin and help your doors to stop in a specific position, usually 90°. Door stays help to limit the opening of your door, providing support and stability to ensure your doors open and close smoothly and securely. Any door can be subject to all kinds of abuse such as forced, violent openings, and wind and draught conditions. The use of an overhead holder/stop can control the door opening and prevent damage to glass, pivots, jamb and reveals, and eliminate costly repairs. Manufactured from mild steel with a galvanised steel finish. Surface fitted making retro fitting ideal.

The Z110.1 is a friction door limiter (90°), steel galvanised finish to suit inward opening doors. The arm can be disconnected to allow the door to swing open fully. Includes two angle angle plates.

The Z110.2 is a friction door limiter (90°), steel galvanised finish to suit outward opening doors. the arm can be disconnected to allow the door to swing open fully. Includes one angle plate and one flat plate.
