L-700-RX Inverted V louvre – Non vision

Non-vision door louvre are designed to be installed in a door. They allow free movement of air but allow no sight of one side from the other. They are a two piece set that is fitted in the door.

The L-700-RX is easy to install using screws that fasten the auxiliary frame to the louvre core through the cut-out in the door, leaving the corridor side of the frame free from fixings for added security and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. This eliminates the need to drill holes through the door, saving time and installation labour.

Free Area – Grade 316 stainless steel - 50% free area (36.6% when using insect mesh). Galvanised grey primed - 55% free area. (41.6% when using insect mesh). The free area of a louvre is an approximate percentage based on the open area between the blades through which air can pass. The percentage free area has long been used as a convenient means to select louvre type and size but is not an indicator of the louvre’s performance (air flow rate).

Door Thickness – L-700-RX suits 44 – 46mm thick. Can be used on metal or timber doors.

Material – 18GA galvanised steel frame. 24GA galvanised steel louvre blades. Finish – Galvanised steel grey primed – other finishes available to order, including Grade 316 stainless steel for use in coastal areas. Fixings - Supplied with #8 x ¾” BZP Phillips head sheet metal screws as standard. Also available in grade 316 stainless steel which is ideal for coastal areas.
