The Apartment Fire Door Kit (with Lever Handle)   

The Apartment Fire Door Kit is available with either a pull handle or lever handle and features a lockable, euro double cylinder and keys. This fire-rated door pack is ideal for timber fire doors to rooms, areas or living spaces that need to be secure and lockable with a key from both sides.   

With everything you need for your timber fire door in a complete fire door set, your fire door will look great, meet fire safety regulations, and you'll save time. Ideal for HMOs, offices or other public buildings, every product in our fire-rated door sets has been fire-tested and has a minimum fire resistance of sixty minutes.

1no - Door Closer - Briton 131 door closure, regular duty, Size 2-4, silver 

1no – lever handle set - 19mm diameter levers, 53x8mm sprung rose, 4-point fixing point, grade 304 satin stainless steel, c/w screw and bolt through fixings 

3no - Hinges - Ball Bearing Hinge, Grade 13, Plain, Grade 304,102mm x 76mm 3mm, Non-Branded, Wood screws 

1no - Hinges Pads Pack - 101 x 30mm hinge pad to suit 102 x 76mm hinge, pack of 6no 

1no - Fire Exit Disc - FIRE DOOR KEEP SHUT SIGN, 76mm x 1.2mm thick, Blue & Natural, Drilled & Countersunk, bagged with 2 screws 

1no - Mini Teardrop Seal 7.5m coil- Mini silicone teardrop seal, 4.5mm thick x 10mm wide x 7.5 metre coil, self-adhesive backing 

1no – Mortice Sash lock Case, 20mm Radius Forends, 60mm back set 

1no – Lockcase Pads - Intumescent lock pack, 4-part to suit DIN standard lock case with 60mm backset 

1no – Cylinder – Euro Double cylinder, 70mm cylinder. Operated by key either side, supplied with 3 keys 

1no – Pair Escutcheons - Euro escutcheon, 53 x 4mm, stainless steel inner 

Fire Door Kit Fire Ratings for Timber Doors: 

131-SES – Door closer tested to BS EN 1634-1:2000 2 hours on timber doors. Certifire approved No CF 5512 CE and ARCA marked to BS EN 1154-1996 

Lever Handle set – Fire assessed for integrity use on insulated timber door sets for a duration up to 60 minutes, in accordance with BS EN 1364-1 

Hinges – Suitable for use on Timber fire doors up to 60 minutes, tested to BS EN 1634-1 

Hinge Pads – Use FS4004 type intumescent can be fitted to insulated timber sets to provide up to 60 minutes integrity tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-1:2000 

Fire exit sign – Fire Exit Signs can be screwed fixed. Can be used without affecting the fire rating of a door 

Mini Teardrop Seal – Can be included on insulated timber doors without detracting from their achieved fire performance to BS 476:22:1987. Suitable for use on timber doors up to 60 minutes. Also tested to BS EN 1634-1 and BS EN 1634-3 for smoke and fire testing 

Lockcase – Manufactured in accordance with DIN 18251 and CE marked. Tested to BS EN 1364-1:2000. Timber insulated doors for up to 60 minutes 

Lockcase Intumescent – Use FS4004 type intumescent can be fitted to insulated timber sets to provide up to 60 minutes integrity tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-1:2000 

Escutcheons – Assessed for integrity use on insulated timber doorsets for up to 60 minutes doorsets in accordance with BS EN 1634-1:2000 

Cylinders – Fire tested to 60 minutes, FD30/60
