Description
Anodised Aluminium profile for retro fitting on timber and glass doors. Ideal for use with existing door arrangements where higher acoustic performance is required. (Please see below for acoustic ratings). The Ellenmatic Elegance Holder Profile is for surface fixing, and can be used with Ellenmatic Soundproof drop seal, Ellenmatic Uni-proof drop seal and Ellenmatic brush drop seal. It can also be used with the Ellen ASP perimeter seal when used Ellenmatic Soundproof drop seal.
Please note that you order the Elegance holder needs to be 6mm shorter than the size of the opening of the door, there must be 1mm clearance on both sides. The drop seal is 1mm shorter due to the part that is included in the Elegance cassette.
Optional extra – The Elegance Cassette can be combined with the Elegance protective plate. The protective plate protects against damage to the bottom part of either a wooden or glass door. On a glass door the protective plate also covers the self-adhesive from being seen. The Elegance protective plate needs to be special order.
Rating when using Ellenmatic Elegance Holder Profile
Ellenmatic Elegance Holder Profile and Ellenmatic Soundproof drop seal - Smoke tested to BS EN 1634-3, both Sa (ambient) & Sm (200°C). Included in acoustic tests to 51dB.
Ellenmatic Elegance Holder Profile and Ellenmatic Uni-proof drop seal - iincluded in acoustic tests to 51dB.
Ellenmatic Elegance Holder Profile and Ellen ASP perimeter seal when used Ellenmatic Soundproof drop seal - Smoke tested to BS EN 1634-3, both sa (ambient) and Sm (200°C). Included in acoustic tests to 44 dB.
